1.5 When will I receive my certificate(s) and ID badge?

After you complete your certification (which includes completing all course content, passing the course exam AND passing your mock test if applicable), we send out digital certificates to you via email within one week. We send out the hard copies of the certificates (along with their associated ID badges) every two weeks. These shipments can take up to 10 business days to arrive as they are sent out in large hard envelopes that take longer than regular mail. Please make sure your shipping address is up to date in your DATAC profile prior to completing your certification.
