3.11 What supplies and requirements are needed to complete my CDSC mock test?

The following items are required to complete your CDSC mock test:


  • A person (colleague, friend, etc.) to act as the donor in the mock tests. This is optional and NOT required

  • 1L of water to simulate urine

  • 8 Department of Transportation (DOT) Regulated Custody and Control Forms (CCF) *NOT non-DOT CCFs

  • 8 split vial collection kits
