3.12 What supplies and requirements are needed to complete my STT mock test?

You will need the following items for your STT mock test:

  • A person (colleague, friend, etc.) to act as the donor in the mock tests

  • Listerine® (or some alcohol spray) to simulate a positive breath test result

  • 7 Department of Transportation (DOT) Regulated Alcohol Testing Forms (ATF) *NOT non-DOT ATFs

  • 7 mouthpieces if using ASD

  • ​A NHTSA-approved ASD (or EBT) OR Oral Fluid Screening tests
