No, unfortunately you cannot use the sample DOT CCF available in your Course Materials for your CDSC mock test. This sample is to be used for review purposes ONLY. You can use this sample as a reference to acquaint yourself with how the DOT CCF looks and how the DOT CCF needs to be filled out. 

You will require real DOT CCFs for your CDSC mock because they include the labels used to seal your vials, as well as the multiple carbon copies required for distribution - both of which you will need to use during your mock test.
