3.9 What happens if I fail my mock test?

During your mock test, you are required to perform error-free mock test scenarios via webcam with one of our DATAC proctors. If there is an error as you are going through the mocks your proctor will let you know that you have failed the mock and you will need to pay for, and rebook the mock test. https://datac.ca/product/mock-test-reset/

You are also required to submit error-free federal test forms either via the upload module of your course (located in the Mock Testing section) or via email to support@datac.ca. You must successfully complete this process in order to become fully certified as either a Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT), a Screening Test Technician (STT), or a Certified DOT Specimen Collector (CDSC). If there are ANY errors on the forms that you submit for marking following your mock test, then the entire mock test will need to be redone, you will receive an email informing you of this, should this occur. A fee of $95 for rebooked mock tests will apply. You can reset and rebook your mock test here: https://datac.ca/product/mock-test-reset/
